Shipping
Every order placed on this website or through Instagram ships free, by FedEx or DHL Express, fully insured until it is delivered, with tracking from Bangkok to your door.
We dispatch within 24 to 48 hours of payment and email you the tracking number when the parcel leaves. If you add a lab report, the stone goes to the laboratory first and ships as soon as the report is back; we keep you posted.

Customs and duties
We ship on DAP terms (Incoterms® 2020): we pay for the shipping and the insurance, and any import duties, VAT or customs fees charged by your country are paid by you on delivery. They are set by your country's customs, not by us, and are not refundable.
Every parcel travels with its invoice, which states what the goods are, where each stone comes from and its value, so customs can clear it without delay.
Returns and refunds
If a stone is not right for you, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of its price, as long as it comes back in its original condition.

Tell us within 14 days. Email or WhatsApp us with your order number, and we send you the return address.

Send it back insured, with tracking. Return postage is paid by you and is not refunded.

Get your refund. Once the stone arrives and we have checked it, we refund you to your original payment method.
A return is not accepted ifthe stone has been set, recut, altered or damaged.
Import duties and taxes paid on delivery, and lab report fees once the stone has been sent for testing, are paid to others and cannot be refunded.
Changes and cancellations
Need to change the delivery address, or changed your mind before the stone ships? Contact us as soon as you can. If it has not been dispatched, we update the order or cancel it and refund you in full.
Every stone is one of a kind. In the rare case that a stone sells to someone else at the same moment you pay, we refund you in full straight away.
Payment
Prices are set and charged in US dollars. Other currencies on the site are shown at the day's exchange rate as a guide; your bank or PayPal converts the payment.
On this website you pay securely through PayPal: with a PayPal account, or by debit or credit card without one. Your card details go to PayPal and are never seen or stored by us.
Prefer a bank transfer, Wise or selected cryptocurrency? Message us before you buy and we will arrange it.
Lab reports
An independent laboratory report is optional. Choose one on the stone's page and its fee is added at checkout; we send the stone to the laboratory before it ships. AIG and GFCO reports are a fixed fee. For other laboratories the fee shown is the starting fee for a standard report, and we contact you before sending the stone if yours would cost more.
A stone that already has a report comes with it at no extra cost.
eBay and Instagram
Instagram purchases follow this policy and include free insured shipping. For stones bought on our eBay store, the shipping fee is the one shown on the listing.
